Do I have the right to choose my Physical Therapist or clinic ?
Yes. You have the right to choose your physical therapy clinic. Your physician may suggest one, but it is your choice. We file with all health insurance companies and check with your provider to confirm that your treatment at Northwoods Therapy is covered.
Will you file my insurance forms?
Yes, we file with all health insurance companies, worker's compensation carriers, Medical Assistance and Medicare. Ultimately, patients are financially responsible for any costs incurred at Northwoods Therapy.
