What is Physical Therapy?
Physical Therapy is an area of rehabilitative and preventative healthcare that incorporates exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to return to normal daily function and activity. A physical therapist is a licensed professional who specializes in the use of exercise to restore strength, balance, and movement.
